Delete your Brazuk account.
You can start deletion in the app. If you cannot sign in, use the privacy channel below. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.
In the app
- Open your profile from the account picture.
- Scroll to the account actions at the end of the profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your identity and review the consequences.
- Confirm the final request.
Without app access
Email privacy@brazuk.app from the address associated with the account. We may ask for proportionate verification to prevent an unauthorised deletion. Do not send passwords, MFA codes or complete identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
What happens next
Access is closed and ordinary account data is deleted, anonymised or disassociated. Content already shared with others may remain in a limited form where needed to preserve conversations, transactions or safety. Financial, legal, anti-fraud and audit records may be retained for an applicable legal or justified period and kept restricted from ordinary use.
Before deleting
Complete open orders and disputes, export information you want to keep and cancel active subscriptions using the instructions shown in the app. The confirmation flow explains any immediate effect before the final action.
