Real connection needs clear boundaries.
These guidelines explain what does not belong on Brazuk, how context is assessed and how to report or challenge a decision.
Updated on 16 August 2026 · community-2026-08-161. Who and what these rules cover
The rules apply to profiles, messages, posts, comments, images, reviews, listings, offers, products, services, events, courses, jobs, housing, vehicles, tourism, pets and any user-created content or interaction. Private content is not outside the safety rules.
2. Respect and personal safety
We do not allow threats, stalking, harassment, hate, unlawful discrimination, encouragement of violence, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, grooming, cyberflashing, non-consensual intimate media, or content that encourages or assists serious self-harm or suicide. Immediate danger should first be reported to local emergency services.
3. Protecting minors
Current accounts are intended for people aged 18 or over. Sexualising, exploiting or grooming a minor, or seeking inappropriate contact, images or meetings with a minor, is prohibited. Serious concerns follow an urgent route and may require evidence preservation and reports to the relevant organisations or authorities.
4. Identity, privacy and authenticity
Do not publish another person's personal data, precise address, documents, private images or financial information without authority and a legitimate need. Do not impersonate others, forge verification or coordinate accounts to deceive, retaliate or manipulate reach, reviews or Brazuk Score.
5. Fraud, payments and deceptive practices
Do not divert payments to bypass protections, use false receipts, advertise unavailable prices or inventory, create simulated orders or reviews, or engage in phishing, pyramid schemes, money laundering, financial fraud or deceptive promises. When a Brazuk payment flow is active, use only the method presented in the transaction.
6. Prohibited goods, services and activities
Do not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous items, or goods requiring authorisation the seller does not hold. Regulated services must provide required qualifications, licences, insurance and information. Labour exploitation, discriminatory or fraudulent housing, prohibited commercial sexual activity, illegal animal trade, and conduct that puts a person or animal at risk are not allowed.
7. Content and intellectual property
Post only content you are entitled to use. Do not upload malware, spam, unauthorised scraping, mass deceptive content or material that infringes copyright, trade marks, image rights or other rights. News and alerts should retain source and context, and material corrections should not be concealed.
8. How Brazuk acts
Our response considers severity, context, reach, history, apparent intent, recurrence risk and the safety of affected people. We may take no action, warn, reduce reach, remove content, pause a transaction or publication, restrict a feature, suspend or close an account, and preserve evidence where there is a legitimate basis. Urgent risks may be contained before a full review.
9. Reports, explanations and challenges
Use the report control on the content, profile, conversation or transaction whenever possible. You can also email support@brazuk.app. Affected people can challenge an action by providing the decision and relevant context; where appropriate, review will be human and handled by a different person. Restoration is not guaranteed, but dependent effects are corrected when a decision is reversed.
10. Responsible reporting
Do not report content to intimidate, silence competitors, retaliate against a review or fabricate risk. Deliberately false reports may lead to account action. Reporter identity is limited to what is necessary and is not disclosed to the reported person without a legitimate basis.
11. Changes and contact
These guidelines may change to reflect risks, features and legal obligations. Material changes will have a version and date. Visit the Safety Centre for reporting, challenges, emergencies and technical vulnerabilities, or email support@brazuk.app.
