Trusted commerce starts with verifiable rules.
These terms supplement the Terms of Use for shops, sellers and other businesses that list or sell through Brazuk.
Updated on 16 August 2026 · merchant-terms-2026-08-161. Business, representative and checks
The representative must be at least 18, authorised to act for the business and provide accurate information. The merchant is responsible for registrations, licences, permissions, insurance, tax, safety and all other requirements for its activity. We may require identity, KYB and current evidence before publication or payments.
2. Profile, catalogue and availability
Name, address, contacts, opening hours, products, services, photos, stock, variants, allergens, composition, origin and availability must be clear and current. Do not list false, prohibited, unsafe or counterfeit items, or anything that infringes third-party rights.
3. Prices, offers and orders
Prices, currency, taxes, fees, delivery, substitutions, quantity and conditions must be stated before confirmation. The merchant must honour valid offers, communicate unavailability promptly and must not manipulate reviews, reach, orders or the Brazuk Score.
4. Fulfilment, cancellation and consumers
The merchant is responsible for preparation, quality, packaging, collection, delivery, warranty, cancellation, exchange and applicable refunds. Nothing in these terms reduces mandatory consumer rights. Food, health, beauty, transport and other higher-risk categories may require additional controls.
5. Payments and payouts
Where enabled, payments and payouts are processed by the provider identified in the flow and depend on onboarding, KYC/KYB, territory and risk review. Brazuk is not a bank or payment account and does not promise custody or payout where a feature is disabled. Applicable fees and net amounts must be shown before confirmation.
6. Fraud, disputes and moderation
We may preserve evidence, pause publication or payout, reduce visibility, cancel an item or restrict an account where there is fraud, risk, chargeback, a report or a legal duty. Merchants must cooperate with evidence requests and may challenge decisions through the available channels.
7. Data and customer relationships
Use customer data only to fulfil the requested interaction, comply with law and provide related support. Do not sell, reuse or disclose data for an incompatible purpose. The Privacy Policy explains when Brazuk and the merchant act as independent controllers or use contracted processors.
8. Independent relationship and contact
Unless a specific agreement says otherwise, the merchant operates independently and is responsible for its staff, suppliers, products, services and taxes. The operator is BRAZUK TECNOLOGIA E SERVICOS LTDA, CNPJ 68.473.612/0001-35. Commercial contact: partners@brazuk.app. Support and challenges: support@brazuk.app.
