These terms supplement the Terms of Use for anyone offering services, experiences or appointments through Brazuk.

You must be at least 18, provide truthful identity and business information, and hold every right, qualification, licence, registration, insurance and authorisation required for the activity and location. Brazuk review does not replace these obligations.
2. Profile and evidence
Descriptions, categories, availability, prices, photos, portfolios, certificates, references and badges must be current and verifiable. Do not publish another person's contact details or documents without authority. We may request fresh evidence, limit visibility or pause a profile during review.
3. Prices, proposals and contracting
State scope, currency, taxes, travel, materials, cancellation and conditions before confirmation. A request, quote or profile approval does not guarantee a booking. Where in-app subscriptions or payments are active, the total and regulated provider will be shown before confirmation; submitting a profile alone creates no charge.
4. Safety and conduct
Do not accept unlawful, dangerous, discriminatory, exploitative or out-of-scope work. Protect personal data, use traceable channels, confirm the location and stop an unsafe interaction. Regulated or higher-risk work may require additional controls and checks shown in the flow.
5. Reviews, Score and moderation
Do not manipulate reviews, references, transactions or the Brazuk Score. We may investigate signals and reports, preserve evidence, pause listings or restrict an account. You may provide context and challenge a decision through the Safety Centre.
6. Independent relationship and taxes
Unless a specific agreement says otherwise, the professional acts independently and is responsible for the activity, delivery, taxes, insurance and customer obligations. Brazuk supplies intermediary technology and does not automatically create employment, partnership or agency.
7. Payments and disputes
Enabled payments are processed by the provider named in the flow and depend on onboarding, KYC and territorial availability. Brazuk does not promise a payment account, custody or payout where the feature is disabled. Cancellations, refunds, disputes and any holds follow law, the transaction agreement and the rules shown before confirmation.
8. Privacy and contact
