Updated on 18 August 2026 · safety-2026-08-18Emergency or immediate danger
Do not wait for a Brazuk response. Contact local emergency services. In the United Kingdom call 999 or 112 in an emergency; in Brazil use the public service appropriate to the risk. Then block the contact and preserve only the evidence needed without exposing yourself again.
What to report
- threats, violence, harassment, hate, exploitation or illegal sexual content;
- fraud, impersonation, misleading listings, prohibited items or attempts to move payment into an unsafe flow;
- privacy violations or unauthorised publication of data, images or documents;
- spam or manipulation of reviews, references, transactions or Brazuk Score;
- a professional, shop or activity that appears to operate without required qualifications, licences or safety controls.
Read the complete Community Guidelines.
How to report or block
Use the clearly labelled report control on the content, profile, conversation or transaction whenever possible, because it preserves the right identifier. Use the separate block control to stop further contact from an abusive user. If an in-app control is unavailable, email support@brazuk.app with the incident type, approximate date, app area and useful identifiers. Never include passwords, MFA codes, complete card details or unnecessary identity documents.
What happens next
Brazuk may prioritise immediate risk, reduce reach, hide content, block interaction, request information, preserve records, restrict features or refer a matter to a competent authority where there is a lawful basis. Measures depend on context and may be temporary during review. We do not promise a particular result before an assessment.
Appeals and complaints
If your content, account or feature was restricted, reply to the notice or email support@brazuk.app with the decision and relevant context. Material appeals should receive an explanation and, where appropriate, review by a person who did not make the original decision.
Adults and protection of minors
Current authenticated accounts are limited contractually to people aged 18 or over. A declared date of birth is not presented as highly effective age assurance. Before unrestricted UK availability, the operator must complete and record the applicable child-access and risk assessments and implement proportionate controls required by their result.
Technical vulnerabilities
Report an app, site or API vulnerability separately to security@brazuk.app. Do not access other people's data, cause disruption or include secrets in the first contact.
