1. Provider responsibility
Providers remain responsible for legality, qualifications, pricing, and delivery commitments tied to their listings.
2. Evidence and verification
Where required, documents or approvals are collected to reduce risk and increase trust in the marketplace.
3. Schedule reliability
Availability updates should be accurate to avoid cancellations and reputation impact.
4. Safety and conduct
Profiles with abuse patterns, invalid documents or non-compliant conduct may be limited or removed.
5. Professional launch offer and results
The launch offer follows the principle that professionals only pay when there is a qualifying result. Qualifying events include an engaged profile visit, chat start, WhatsApp opening, service request or an operating-system-detected screenshot while the profile is open. Self-actions, quick opens and duplicate actions do not qualify. When a qualifying result occurs, Brazuk sends an in-app and email notice, explains the benefits and preserves advance notice before any paid activation. No event debits funds by itself: the professional must add or confirm a payment method and authorize the subscription. After that authorization, renewals follow the disclosed cycle until cancelled. Screenshot detection is a device signal and is not proof of a sale.
